Juliette Lewis and Cheap Trick to honour Linda Perry at Grammy gala

Juliette Lewis and Cheap Trick will be among the stars saluting singer/songwriter Linda Perry at an upcoming Grammy Museum benefit gala.
The 4 Non Blondes frontwoman was recently announced as the Recording Academy’s 2019 honouree, recognised for her career achievements and philanthropy, and she will be celebrated with a tribute gig, titled Linda Perry & Friends: A Night at the Grammy Museum, as part of the organisation’s annual music education fundraising event.
Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Cheap Trick will be among the acts hitting the stage with the 54 year old, who has previously worked with superstars like Christina Aguilera, Alicia Keys, Pink, Gwen Stefani, Celine Dion, and Adele.
Other performers are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
Perry’s wife, actress Sara Gilbert, and her former The Talk co-host and rock manager Sharon Osbourne will also make an appearance at the 29 June bash in Los Angeles, as will actress-turned-singer Lewis.
Proceeds from the gala will benefit the Grammy Museum Foundation.
