Singer Kelsea Ballerini was joined by her husband Morgan Evans for her first headlining show at the fabled Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee on Valentine’s Day (14Feb18).
Evans surprised his bride with a bouquet of flowers as he joined the sick country star for a performance of Dance With Me, the song he wrote for her.
The duet marked the first time the couple had teamed up to sing the tune onstage.
Evans previously told The Tennessean how the ballad came about, stating, “I was at home on the couch, and she was on one of the morning shows (on TV), and I was waiting for her to come on.
“They were talking about some gossip thing, and I wasn’t into it. I muted the TV and picked up a guitar.”
The couple married in December (17).
Kelsea informed fans she was battling the flu at the top of the show.
