Rebekah Graf to play Heather Locklear in Motley Crue biopic

Actress Rebekah Graf has been cast as a young Heather Locklear in the upcoming Motley Crue biopic.
The Melrose Place star was married to the rock band’s drummer, Tommy Lee, from 1986 to 1993, and now The Amityville Murders actress Graf has been tapped to portray Locklear onscreen in Netflix film The Dirt.
Rapper Machine Gun Kelly previously signed on play Lee in the movie, based on the 2001 autobiography The Dirt: Confessions of the World’s Most Notorious Rock Band, which was written by Neil Strauss and bandmates Lee, Vince Neil, Mick Mars, and Nikki Sixx.
Graf and Kelly join Douglas Booth, who will play Sixx, Daniel Webber, who will tackle Neil, and Game of Thrones villain Iwan Rheon, who will take on the role of Mars, while actor and comedian Tony Cavalero will portray Ozzy Osbourne.
The biopic, chronicling the group’s rise to fame in the 1980s and their highs and lows along the way, has been adapted for the screen by Rich Wilkes and Tom Kapinos and will be directed by Jeff Tremaine, the man behind the Jackass movies.
The Motley Crue stars are co-producing the project.
The news of Graf’s addition to the movie line-up comes days after Locklear hit headlines following an arrest in California on 25 February (18), when the 56-year-old was booked on charges of felony domestic violence and battery on a police officer.
