Rumer Willis stunned she looked like Once Upon a Time in Hollywood character

Rumer Willis was stunned by Quentin Tarantino’s vision after he picked her to play actress Joanna Pettet in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, because she’s a dead ringer for the Brit as a blonde.
Bruce Willis and Demi Moore’s eldest daughter auditioned for two other roles in the movie, but didn’t get them – and then the casting directors called her back to test for Casino Royale star Pettet just before her 30th birthday.
“I was like, ‘I will do anything. I will PA (personal assistant) on the set… I just want to be a part of this movie’,” Rumer tells Access Live.
At the time she knew very little about her character and thought she was an odd choice to play the actress, because she didn’t look like Pettet.
“I didn’t realise how much I looked like her until I was sitting there in hair and makeup,” she adds.
Willis also admits she felt pressured when filming began, because her father starred in Tarantino’s classic Pulp Fiction.
“I’m showing up and I’m like, ‘Alright, my dad is in this huge Quentin movie that was, like, one of the biggest ones… I gotta show up and really kinda do it’,” she explains. “There was this scene, where I’m driving the car and he (Tarantino) was like, ‘OK, listen, you’re Bruce’s daughter, I expect you can pull this car and do it right’. I was like, ‘Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God… Please just drive this car right and put it in the right spot. Please just do it right!’
“And I did it and I was very grateful.”
