Funny ladies Amy Poehler and Ellen DeGeneres set down this morning to talk about Poehler’s Golden Globes hosting gig. After Poehler and Tina Fey were praised (fawned and obsessed over) for their hosting of the Golden Globes back in January, news broke this week that the two would co-host the show for the next two years. So, when DeGeneres interviewed Poehler, she of course asked the Parks and Recreation actress whether she ever gets nervous before an award show. Poehler responded by explaining some of her pre-award-show rituals, which include hanging out in a cave, prank calling Sandra Bullock, and driving her gold Porsche into a wall. After giving us an in-depth look into her super-sacred rituals, Poehler then went on to compliment DeGeneres, who landed a her own gig hosting the 2014 Oscars. I don’t know about you, but these two are getting me excited for awards season!
