They were one of Hollywood’s weirdest couples (remember the vial of blood? sex in the car?). And now, they’re back together–on paper at least.
A publicist for Harper Collins confirmed to Us Weekly that Angelina Jolie has written the foreword to her ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton‘s upcoming memoir, The Billy Bob Tapes: A Cave Full of Ghosts.
The tell-all book, which hits stores on May 15, sounds like a doozy. In it, the Sling Blade director and actor will detail “colorful tales of [Thornton’s] modest southern upbringing, his bizarre phobias (komodo dragons)” and of course, his tumultuous marriage to the future Mrs. Brad Pitt.
An interesting read, for sure, but is Thornton a bit obsessed with his ex? After all, Variety reported in mid-February that his next directorial effort, And Then We Drove (which he co-wrote) is partly based on his marriage to Jolie.
