Caan filed new papers in November (09), citing irreconcilable differences, and now Stokes has lodged a claim for full physical custody of sons James, 14, and Jacob, 11, reports TMZ.com.
She is also requesting spousal support from Caan and wants the actor to cover her lawyer’s fees, although she is willing to allow the star visitation rights and joint legal custody of the boys.
