Justin decided to turn himself into Santa, because why not. After all of the sleazy things he’s been doing this year (see: bucket-peeing, brothel-frequenting, etc.), he pretty much is Santa to the gossip world. “Bieber Clause” sounds like a wonderful anti-Justin law, though, so the jokes kinda write themselves.
