Cher, who should be way too busy to engage in any form of social media, is quite upset that the song she sang in Burlesque (“You Haven’t Seen The Last Of Me,” which won a Golden Globe for Best Song) wasn’t nominated for an Academy Award. So, after peeking inside Kanye‘s treasure chest and digging past all the undead souls of millionaires in jars of formaldehyde, she came across a bunch of his old Twitter rants that inspired her enough to log on to her own Twitter account and voice her frustrations over the Academy’s oversight. She started with, “We didn’t get a nomination 4 best song ! That sucks ! Diane’s song Is so beautiful! It’s hard to understand how u win.” Then, she continued, “The Golden Globe 4 BEST SONG & not even get nominated by the Oscars? Oh well it is..what it is ,,,, the sun is still shining !” She didn’t stop there: she also said, “maybe she would have had a better chance if someone else was singing it ?!! IT JUST CANT B HER SONG I…” Today, seeming surprisingly self-aware all of a sudden, she tweeted “Was looking at my last tweets ! Boy I suck at this ! Always going over ! I don’t think short ! No Abbreviations ! I don’t know that many !” Yeah, her biggest problem is that she’s long-winded.
