Retired boxer CHRIS EUBANK attempted to save a man from suicide just minutes before he plunged to his death from a bridge in West Sussex, England.
The former middleweight boxing champion pulled over his car after spotting an incident on a motorway flyover in November (14) and tried to talk to a man who was dangling over the railings.
Police later escorted Eubank away, but they were unable to save Louis Perrina, 46, from falling to his death.
Details of the incident were revealed on Wednesday (12Aug15) during an inquest into Perrina’s death in Horsham, West Sussex, which recorded a verdict of suicide.
