Declan Donnelly and wife expecting first child – report

Declan Donnelly and his wife Ali Astall are reportedly expecting their first child.
According to Britain’s The Sun newspaper, the 40-year-old talent manager is around 12 weeks pregnant.
A source told the publication that the happy couple, who wed in a star-studded ceremony in 2015, were “delighted” to be expecting after months of trying.
It is thought Ali fell pregnant shortly after Dec left the jungle in December (17) following the last series of ITV celebrity reality show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here.
Dec, 42, reportedly broke the news to his embattled TV presenting partner Ant McPartlin, who is said to be “over-the-moon”.
The good news comes just days after McPartlin entered rehab after being arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after a three-car smash in London last Sunday (18Mar18).
He was taken to Kingston police station on Wednesday (21Mar18) and interviewed under caution. He is due to appear at Wimbledon Magistrates Court on 4 April (18).
A source close to Dec and Ali told The Sun that their priority now is the safety of their unborn baby.
The couple, who began dating in August 2013, are understood to have started trying for a baby soon after they married. At the time, Dec said having children was “the next stage of our lives”, and added: “I’m looking forward to that.”
Asked last year (17) if he would like children, he said: “Absolutely at some point, when the time is right. Hopefully… if it comes along, then it would be great. Kids are absolutely one of the things on the cards for us.”
