Country star Hunter Hayes has a new best pal after adopting a dog from a Nashville, Tennessee shelter.
The singer has shared an Instagram photo of his new pet, called Ella, sitting in the passenger seat of his truck.
Hayes adopted Ella from Proverbs 12:10 Rescue in Nashville, and calls her his “little adventurer”.
“Everybody meet Ella!” he captioned the shot. “And here is the only picture of her sitting still I might ever have!”
The no kill shelter Hunter picked Ella up from was named after the Proverbs 12:10 Bible verse, which reads: “A righteous man has regard for the life of his animal, but even the compassion of the wicked is cruel.”
The Tattoo singer also owns a greyhound named Cole.
