Lamar Odom Let Go from the Dallas Mavericks

ALTLamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian are officially done in Dallas. The 32-year-old basketball player spent the Easter weekend mulling over his contract with the Mavericks. The result? He is finished with the team, though he’s not truly being released just yet.

“The Mavericks and I have mutually agreed that it’s in the best interest of both parties for me to step away from the team,” Odom tells ESPN. “I’m sorry that things didn’t work out better for both of us, but I wish the Mavs’ organization, my teammates and Dallas fans nothing but continued success in the defense of their championship.”

Odom’s departure takes effect immediately, but he will still be part of the roster for the rest of the season. This means that he can be traded… if someone wants him.

Kardashian and Odom just moved to Dallas at the beginning of the season when he was traded from the Lakers to the Mavericks. Now, it looks like they will be heading to another city. But the question is: where will Khloe & Lamar land next?
