Throughout her Hollywood career, Yolanda Adams had a variety of powerful musical performances. Adams worked on a variety of projects during her early entertainment career, including "10th Annual Soul Train Music Awards" (WB, 1995-96), "Gospel's Greatest Performances: 30 Years of the Dove Awards" (ION Television Network, 1998-99) and "In the House" (UPN, 1994-97). She also contributed to "The 10th Essence Awards" (Fox, 1996-97), "The 7th Annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards" and "The Best of Bobby Jones Gospel" (PBS, 1993-94). In the early 2000s, Adams devoted her time to various credits, such as "The 15th Annual Soul Train Music Awards" "The 2001 Essence Awards" (Fox, 2000-01) and "The 32nd Annual Dove Awards" (2000-01). She also worked on "The 32nd NAACP Image Awards" (Fox, 2000-01). Adams's music was also a part of the Tyler Perry comedy sequel "Madea's Family Reunion" (2006), the Elijah Wood hit animated adventure "Happy Feet" (2006) and the Tyler Perry comedy adaptation "Tyler Perry's Madea Goes to Jail" (2009). In addition to her music, Adams also appeared on-screen in the Boris Kodjoe dramatic musical "The Gospel" (2005) and "Hopeville" (2008) with Kirk Franklin. Most recently, Adams worked on "Legends: OWN at the Apollo" (OWN, 2015-).
