Cliff Williams back with AC/DC – report

A new photo suggests retired bassist Cliff Williams has rejoined Ac/Dc for what could be the band’s final album and tour.
Angus Young, Brian Johnson, Phil Rudd, and Stevie Young were spotted at a recording studio in Vancouver, Canada last year (18), and Johnson, whose hearing problems forced him to exit the group’s last world tour, has since confirmed there is a new album, the follow up to 2014’s Rock or Bust, in the works, according to the members of Terrorizer, who recently met up with the singer at an airport near his home in Sarasota, Florida.
Now, a photo of the frontman with Williams in Vancouver has been unearthed, prompting speculation the line-up that recorded Rock or Bust has reunited one more time.
The bassist announced his retirement from the group in September, 2016, at the end of the Rock or Bust tour, which didn’t feature drummer Rudd due to legal reasons. Johnson was replaced by Guns N’ Roses star Axl Rose.
AC/DC have yet to officially confirm they are recording a new album, but sources recently told JAM Magazine the band is working on unreleased material written and partially recorded by Angus and the late Malcolm Young prior to the recording of 2008’s Black Ice.
