Anna Nicole Smith has vowed never to give up on her long-running legal fight for her late husband’s billions, because she claims he wanted her to have his money.
The busty blonde, 37, insists her 1994 marriage to 89-year-old J. Howard Marshall was never about money–and she wishes he was still alive today.
She says, “I just wish he were still alive. I’m battling for him. I am doing it for Howard. And I am doing it for my 19-year-old son Daniel.

“I hope justice will prevail. Howard would be proud that I didn’t give up.”
Marshall passed away in August 1995.
