Former Smallville star Cassidy Freeman has joined the women attacking Jeremy Piven for his alleged “predatory behavior”.
The actress, who is now part of Netflix drama Longmire, has taken to social media to blast the actor a day after Piven was accused of sexual assault by Entourage actress Ariane Bellamar.

“Predatory behavior is a chronic way for you to seek power,” Freeman writes, but doesn’t go into details about why she’s so angry with the actor.
“Do you feel powerful?” the actress adds. “With your lawyers and your networks and your die-hard man-fans who call your victims bimbos? Or do you know, in your rotten gut, that you will have to lie for the rest of your life? I hope from now on, you keep it in your pants and you never get to do it again.”
She also heaped praise on Bellamar for coming forward with claims of a sordid encounter with Piven, which has prompted the bosses of his new TV drama Wisdom of the Crowd to investigate her claims.
“You will deny this because, sadly, she’s deniable,” Cassidy writes. “The backlash this woman received was horrendous. And whether or not her accusations are true, the TRUTH is I know you. I know what you did and attempted to do to me when I was far too young. THAT I know. And you know it too. Unless there were so many of us, that you can’t remember.”
The actress’ representatives had no comment when approached and Piven’s aides have also yet to respond.
Freeman, who portrayed Tess Mercer on Smallville from 2008 to 2011, also appeared on the NCIS and CSI franchises.
