Actress Sarah Lancaster hid pregnancy from The Stray cast

Actress Sarah Lancaster kept her pregnancy a secret throughout filming The Stray, even though she was suffering with morning sickness.
The Saved by the Bell star and her husband Matthew Jacobs decided to keep the baby news quiet until the actress was three months along, which meant Sarah had to keep a lid on her condition as she started shooting.
“My husband and I knew that I was pregnant when I took the job but we didn’t tell anybody because it was so early on in the pregnancy,” she tells WENN.
“I was just approaching three months pregnant, so through the duration of shooting I didn’t tell anyone about the pregnancy, which was difficult because I was sick this time around.
“I did end up picking one person that I could confide in that works in the hair and make-up department, because I just needed someone to sort of be my ally and help me in getting some Ginger Ale here and there (for nausea) or, like, a cold compress because I was so hot.”
She was 16 weeks along when she confided in director Mitch Davis and her movie husband Michael Cassidy.
“When I first got there I wondered if I was doing the right thing, being away from home and pregnant, but they (Mitch and Parker Davis) were so loving and so warm and welcoming of everyone into their home, it was a really beautiful experience,” Sarah adds.
Sarah and Matthew, who wed in 2011, are already parents to six-year-old son Oliver.
