Adele is celebrating five years with her longtime boyfriend Simon Konecki. Though the couple share a child, they haven’t let the romance fade from their relationship. Konecki gave the 28-year-old singer the sweetest anniversary surprise ever during her concert on Monday.
Adele usually has white confetti fall during her show, but Simon replaced it with pink pieces of paper. These weren’t just any pieces of paper — they each had a handwritten love note like “Happy Anniversary,” “You are an angel <3,” and “Love you long time.” Awwww!

The singer recently admitted at a different concert that she’s a bit baby crazy with Simon. They’re already planning for their second!
“My womb is starting to ache a little bit,” she said. “It’s like, ‘Baby, baby, baby. Need a baby, need a baby.’ I’m not pregnant. I won’t get pregnant until the end of the tour.”
