Ben Affleck dressed up as Batman for son’s birthday

Ben Affleck made his five-year-old son’s dreams come true by dressing up as Batman for his birthday.
The actor portrays the superhero in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and the new Justice League film, and insists making the movies provided an added bonus – his son Samuel was thrilled to see his dad in the iconic Batman suit.
“He wanted me to (dress up for his fifth birthday in February), he insisted that I do it,” he told U.S. breakfast show Today on Friday (17Nov17). “He loved it, he’s into the superhero thing. He’s the perfect age, so it’s one of the nice bonuses where you get to be an actual superhero in your kid’s eyes, which won’t last, but it’s good.”
Affleck also has two daughters with estranged wife Jennifer Garner, but he reveals Violet and Seraphina are not quite as impressed with him.
“I’m cool to the extent that I can get them a Taylor Swift autograph, but like myself, no,” he said. “If I maybe rub shoulders with some cool people they’ll give me a moment, but to my five-year-old (Samuel), I’m still like pretty cool.”
