Blac Chyna’s attorney has denied reports that the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) are investigating the wellbeing of her 10-month-old daughter Dream.

TMZ.com claimed on Tuesday (12Sep17) that DCFS officials in Los Angeles County were concerned about Dream in relation to allegations of Chyna’s drug use before she and Rob Kardashian split earlier this year (17).

However, Chyna’s lawyer Lisa Bloom has denied that’s the case, telling Entertainment Tonight in a statement: “Chyna is a loving, devoted mother who simply wants to peacefully co-parent her healthy, happy baby Dream with Rob. We are unaware of any current investigation suggesting otherwise. We have not received notice of any DCFS filing nor have we been able to find any in the court files.”

Chyna and Rob are both heading back to court later this month in relation to the restraining order she obtained against the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star after claiming he had been physically abusive. The order, granted in July (17), came after Rob posted nude pictures of her online in a revenge porn scandal.

“The hearing on our restraining order remains on calendar for September 18. We look forward to proving our case at that time,” Bloom added.

The exes have also been trying to hash out a custody agreement over Dream for months and they are reportedly getting closer to a deal.

TMZ reports they are both happy to give each other substantial physical custody of their daughter but they are still battling over the issue of child support, as Chyna is asking for more money than Rob thinks she deserves.

Chyna is also mother to four-year-old son King Cairo with rapper ex Tyga.
