Brantley Gilbert’s tour bus fire left him devastated

Country star Brantley Gilbert is still upset about his tour bus fire because he had only just completed renovations for his young son when it went up in flames.
No one was injured in the recent blaze, which featured in a video the singer posted online last week (12Mar18), but Brantley admits it feels like his home burned down.
“We had it built with (four-year-old Barrett) in mind comin’ (on tour) and we had just finished all the baby aspects of the bus and got it just perfect,” he tells Taste of Country. “And everything that I own that fit me is burned, a couple guitars, documents, you know, letters, notes, pictures, all the baby stuff that was on there.”
“You know, it’s not so much like, ‘Awww, your bus burned down’, it’s more like, ‘Man, my house burned down!'” the Bottoms Up singer adds. “I spend a lot of time on it, and if (wife) Amber and Barrett aren’t home, I sleep in the bus. It’s just my place. It’s kind of like my little sanctuary so I feel like I kinda lost an old friend a little bit… but we’ll build another one.”
