Charlie Sheen’s former mother-in-law looking after twins as mum seeks help

Charlie Sheen’s former mother-in-law has taken in the actor’s twins after police took their mother Brooke Mueller to a Utah hospital following a manhunt last week (ends18Nov16).
Mueller and her boys briefly went missing and then showed up at a Salt Lake City bar, where the former realtor and her nanny were reportedly involved in an altercation.
Police officers eventually tracked Brooke, Sheen’s ex-wife, and seven-year-old twins Max and Bob to Nephi, Utah – 83 miles from Salt Lake City – and she was taken to a nearby hospital for an evaluation, following reports of her erratic behaviour.
The kids were left with their nanny, but now Mueller’s mother, Moira Wolofsky Fiore, has confirmed she’s looking after the boys while her daughter focuses on getting better.
“The boys are with me now and they are doing great,” she tells People.com. “They are both in school here in Utah.”
And the boys’ father is playing a very active role in their lives, according to grandma.
“Charlie is happy when he is with the boys, and when he is not with them, he talks to them nightly before they go to sleep,” she adds.
