Chris Hemsworth tapped as brand ambassador for Swisse Wellness

Chris Hemsworth has been named as the new global brand ambassador for Swisse Wellness.

The Australian actor always appears to be the epitome of good health, whether he is showing off his buff physique in films or spending time with his family at the beach.

Now, Hemsworth has signed on to promote health and wellbeing in partnership with vitamin and supplement company Swisse.

“The Swisse message of living healthier and happier aligns with my personal goals,” the 35-year-old said in a statement. “I am looking forward to working with a company that shares these core values.”
Hemsworth will appear in TV commercials advertising Swisse’s products, and will also front social media campaigns.

Regarding the deal, Severine Brichard-Rooney, H&H group global director of marketing, explained that the Thor star was a natural fit for the Aussie company.

“The brand and our regional marketing teams across the world are truly excited about partnering with Chris who is a perfect complement to the Swisse brand,” she said. “Chris is authentic and truly committed to living the quintessential Australian healthy lifestyle. Wellness is already such an important part of his life with a strong connection to nature which is at the heart of Swisse.”

Hemsworth follows in the footsteps of a number of high-profile Australian names to work with Swisse, with other ambassadors including actress Nicole Kidman, cricketer Ricky Ponting, model Ashley Hart, and celebrity trainer Luke Milton.

Kidman has appeared in a number of campaigns for the brand, including the Celebrate Life Every Day marketing, which was launched last year.

In addition to his new gig with Swisse, Hemsworth has a series of movies on the go, including Avengers: Endgame, Men in Black: International, and action-drama Dhaka.
