Dallas star Daniel Pilon has died, aged 77.
The Canadian actor, who also appeared on U.S. soaps Days of Our Lives, Ryan’s Hope, and Guiding Light, portrayed tycoon Renaldo Marchetta on Dallas, the villainous ex-husband of Priscilla Presley’s character Jenna Wade.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Pilon lost his battle with cancer on Tuesday (26Jun18).
Born in Montreal, he landed his first movie role, opposite big brother Donald Pilon, in director Gilles Carle’s 1968 drama Le Viol d’une Jeune Fille Douce (The Rape of a Sweet Girl). He also appeared in the 1969 British war film Play Dirty with Michael Caine.
His TV credits also included Hart to Hart and Murder, She Wrote.
