Desiigner off the hook for alleged flashing incident

Rapper Desiigner will not face charges over an alleged flashing incident in New York City.
Video footage posted on Twitter in January (18) showed the Panda musician, 20, getting out of his car after a dispute with a fellow motorist and walking over to their vehicle and appearing to drop his trousers.
According to TMZ.com, police detectives were looking into the incident, but have now dropped their investigation as they could not determine whether he had actually exposed his genitalia from the video evidence available.
Law enforcement sources tell the gossip website that the video posted on Twitter was shot from too far away for officers to establish whether Desiigner, real name Sidney Royel Selby III, actually exposed himself, as was footage officers obtained from cameras mounted on a nearby building.
The driver at the centre of the altercation also refused to come forward and cooperate with detectives’ investigation.
