Eva Longoria back at the gym after election drama

Eva Longoria is back at the gym after putting her fitness goals on hold to concentrate on getting Hillary Clinton elected as U.S. president.
The former Desperate Housewives star was left devastated when her candidate was beaten in the race to the White House by Republican Donald Trump, and it seems it has taken her a month to get back to thinking about her health.
The 41-year-old actress took to Snapchat on Monday (05Dec16) to reveal she worked out for the first time in two months.
After hitting a SoulCycle class, newly-married Eva admitted she was a little out of shape.
“Oh my gosh you guys, I finished SoulCycle,” she wheezed. “It almost killed me. Look at my face… It’s like splotchy red.
“It’s because I haven’t exercised in two months and the blood is finally getting to my face. Maybe SoulCycle is going to make me younger. What do you guys think?”
This time last year (15), Eva was dreaming of marriage to then-boyfriend Jose ‘Pepe’ Baston – the Mexican businessman and Televisa executive popped the question last Christmas (15), while he and Eva were vacationing in Dubai.
The actress is getting ready to spend her first Christmas as Mrs. Baston after exchanging vows with her husband earlier this year (16).
Meanwhile, Eva has served up an early festive treat for her fashionable fans – a new clothing line with the holidays in mind.
The actress debuted her first collection for The Limited back in July (16), and she recently released the follow-up, which the Latina created for Christmas parties and family get togethers.
Eva focused on key pieces that can be easily mixed and matched, including blouses and day-to-night outerwear, all with a Christmas spirit.
The actress launched her new line by posting a shot of herself modelling one of her own designs on Instagram last month (Nov16), captioning the picture: “So excited to announce that The Eva Longoria Holiday Collection is finally here!”
