Garth Brooks gifts two special fans with new cars

Garth Brooks surprised two married fans in Canada with new cars on Friday (24Feb17) to celebrate the pair becoming the five millionth devotees to attend his current world tour.
The country icon is known for his generosity and he didn’t disappoint ahead of his Friday night show in Edmonton, Alberta after awarding the husband and wife team the keys to a brand new Lexus Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) and a Nissan truck.
They were also showered with additional gifts, including a trip to stay at the Wynn Las Vegas hotel and casino resort, a $5,000 (£4,000) shopping spree in Edmonton, another $5,000 (£4,000) to spend at online retailer Amazon, and merchandise from both Brooks and his singer wife Trisha Yearwood, reports TMZ.com.
Friends in Low Places hitmaker Garth is currently playing to sold out crowds across the world after ending his self-imposed retirement in 2014 to return to the stage with Trisha.
They launched their joint trek in September, 2014, and have managed to shift five million tickets with shows in just 60 cities.
Garth previously achieved the same ticket feat in the 1990s, when he travelled to 100 cities to perform for fans.
