Rocker Gene Simmons has been accused of groping a reporter at a restaurant launch in San Bernardino, California last month (Nov17).
The unnamed female has filed suit against the Kiss star, claiming he grabbed her hand and placed it on his knee while she was interviewing him at the Rock & Brews opening, making her feel uncomfortable.
In documents obtained by TMZ, the woman claims Gene also commented on the softness of her hand and at one point reached over and flicked her throat as she continued to interview him.
She also alleged he touched her backside when she joined him for a group photo.
