Gwen Stefani’s former family home with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale sells for $25 million

Singer Gwen Stefani has sold the former family home she shared with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale for $25 million (£20 million).
The It’s My Life hitmaker has finally offloaded the seven-bedroom mansion in Beverly Hills, California, two years after first listing the property in 2017 – a year after her divorce from the Bush rocker was finalised.
According to Us Weekly, Gwen and Gavin suffered a big loss on the place they bought in 2006 – the property was initially listed for $45 million (£37 million).
