Haim sisters design New Year’s Eve party collection

Sister group Haim have teamed up with fashion brand Reformation to launch a 10-piece New Year’s Eve-inspired party collection.
Taylor Swift’s pals Danielle, Este and Alana Haim’s Reformation x Haim’s NYE Collection features halter jumpsuits, asymmetric necklines, and patent leather jackets, all inspired by vintage items worn by Cher, Bianca Jagger, and Diana Ross.
“We’re longtime fans of Ref (Reformation) and it’s awesome to celebrate their mission of sustainability and work together with like-minded women,” a press release from the sisters reads. “As far as the collection, NYE is the holiday that’s always over-hyped, but Ref clothes make you want to get dressed and go out, so it was fun creating our own version of that.”
Reformation’s NYE Collection launched on Monday (05Dec16) and is available in stores and online at TheReformation.com.
The Wire singers have been busy completing work on a new album for much of this year (16), after cancelling European dates to get on with it.
They took to Twitter back in July (16) to announce they had decided to cancel dates in order to focus on putting the final touches on their long-awaited second album.
“We’d hope to be done with recording but, as it turns out, we’re at a critical point of finishing and need to stay close to home until it’s complete,” the girls explained. “Unfortunately, we need to cancel our European performances… We hate to disappoint you guys that had plans to come see us and promise we’ll be back in the near future to share our new music with you.”
Haim previously served as the opening act for pal Taylor Swift on her 1989 Tour.
