Jamie Luner hit with lawsuit over sexual assault allegation

Former Melrose Place star Jamie Luner has been slapped with a lawsuit by a man who claims she sexually assaulted him as a teenager.

Anthony Oliver, who is now in his thirties, filed a police report in February (18) claiming that the actress performed oral sex on him while attending a party at her house in Studio City, California in 1998, when he was 16 years old.

He also told TMZ.com shortly after that she drugged him and recorded their encounter, and Luner’s manager denied the allegations, calling them a “blatant attempt at extortion”.

He has now filed a $250 million lawsuit against the actress for sexual battery and emotional distress, according to TMZ. In it, he claims he was given alcohol and offered drugs before he received oral sex from both Luner, then 26, and her male make-up artist, after which Oliver allegedly had sex with Luner multiple times.

In the paperwork, his lawyer claims “Plaintiff is left not knowing if he is attracted to men, women or both” and blames the experience for messing up his life and turning him into an alcoholic.
He alleges that two other men have accused Luner of drug-induced sex.

A representative for Jamie, who played Lexi Sterling on the show, has issued a new denial.
“All of these allegations are completely unfounded and we believe part of a targeted extortion scheme,” the representative said. “Anthony Oliver has a history of filing lawsuits, and has filed 27 federal lawsuits in the past 8 years.”
