JAY-Z seeking trademarks for jewelry and accessories line

Jay-Z is reportedly planning to launch a luxury jewellery and accessories line.
The 99 Problems hitmaker has reportedly filed an official application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for the term Hovino.
According to AllHipHop.com, the 48-year-old is also looking to trademark Aka Shawn Carter, which could potentially be used for a clothing line or retail store.
JAY-Z has previously explored the fashion industry with his S. Carter Collection shoe line with Reebok and clothing brand Rocawear. In 2007, the rapper sold his remaining share of the company to bosses at Iconix Brand Group for $204 million (GBP146.5 million)
