Tupac Shakur actor’s ex wins restraining order against him

Demetrius Shipp, Jr, who portrayed Tupac Shakur in the controversial biopic All Eyez On Me, has been told to stay away from the mother of his two kids following an alleged altercation.
LaPorcha Holt has won a temporary restraining order against the actor, after accusing Shipp of grabbing her by the neck and holding her down against her will.
According to documents, obtained by The Blast, Holt claims her ex also, “Pushed me against wall and took (my) cellphone” during the recent spat.
Holt admits she was physically uninjured in the altercation, but suffered emotional distress from the threats allegedly made by Shipp.
She has also been given full custody of the couple’s kids. The order is in effect until the former couple meets in court for a hearing on 13 October (17).
A representative for the actor tells The Blast he plans on vigorously defending himself.
