Lindsay Lohan stuns fans with latest accent blunder

Lindsay Lohan has grabbed the headlines again for adopting yet another strange accent during her stay in Australia.
The Mean Girls actress is Down Under preparing to judge the new season of The Masked Singer on TV, and she announced her presence in the country by adopting an Australian accent online.
“G’day, mates. I’m here in Australia,” she said while blowing kisses in an Instagram video she posted on Sunday (21Jul19), leaving fans confused.
“Lindsey are those words?” one fan asked in a caption to the footage, while another noted: “Another accent for the books!”
Lindsey grabbed headlines in 2016 for dropping her native New York City accent and adopting a mix of Middle Eastern and British tones as she bounced between living in London, England and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
“It’s a mixture of most of the languages I can understand or am trying to learn,” she told The Daily Mail of her unusual accent choice. “I’ve been learning different languages since I was a child. I’m fluent in English and French, can understand Russian and am learning Turkish, Italian, and Arabic.”
