Margot Robbie wants to raise children Down Under

Actress Margot Robbie plans to return home to her native Australia when she is ready to settle down and start a family.
The Wolf of Wall Street star relocated to London after falling in love with the city in 2013, and she has since moved to Los Angeles to further her Hollywood career.
Living abroad has made Margot’s mother, Sarie Kessler, fear her daughter will end up raising kids thousands of miles away from her relatives, but in a joint TV interview with Australia’s The Project show, the actress has promised to head Down Under when she is ready to become a mum.
“I didn’t know you were going to live overseas all the time…,” Sarie lamented to the actress onscreen, before telling interviewer Carrie Bickmore, “Margot will have children one day and they’ll be who knows where.”
However, the 26-year-old was quick to reassure her mum, replying, “They’ll be here.”
“You’ll come back home, won’t you? You’ll come back to live in Oz?” Sarie asked, prompting Margot to respond, “Yes, yes, the kids will be in Australia.”
And it appears the star’s boyfriend, British filmmaker Tom Ackerley, is keen on raising children Down Under too.
“He loves Australia,” Margot gushed. “He’s like, ‘I don’t know why anyone leaves Australia!'”
Sarie is clearly a big fan of her daughter’s man, who she began dating three years ago after meeting him in London: “He’s delightful,” she smiled. “We all thought he was pretty special.”
But that doesn’t mean Tom can escape the Robbie family constantly teasing him about his nationality, reports DailyMail.co.uk.
“The family give him hell for being a pommie (slang for a British immigrant Down Under)!” Margot laughed. “When he comes for Christmas everybody’s like, ‘Oh, the pommie!'”
