Marie Avgeropoulos’ domestic violence case dismissed

The 100 star Marie Avgeropoulos’ domestic violence case has been dismissed.
The Canadian actress was arrested and booked for felony domestic violence in Los Angeles in August (18) after her unnamed boyfriend called the police from his car claiming she had hit him during a verbal dispute. When officers arrived on the scene, they noticed marks on the man’s body and took Avgeropoulos into custody.
The boyfriend reportedly begged cops not to take her into custody and even bailed her out of jail, admitting he was simply hoping the police presence would diffuse the situation.
He declined to press charges and now sources tell TMZ the actress will not face any legal action because she did not intend to attack her boyfriend. According to the outlet, she had a bad reaction to new medication she mixed with wine during dinner that evening.
