Michelle Pfeiffer shows off Catwoman whip on Instagram

Michelle Pfeiffer thrilled Instagram followers on Friday (22Mar19) by sharing video of her Catwoman whip.
The actress is new to social media and is still learning the ropes, but when she came across the prop from Batman Returns she had to share it with with the world.
“Look what I found,” she says in the clip. “It needs a little TLC (tender loving care).”
Michelle, who will soon be seen in the upcoming Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, alongside Angelina Jolie, Elle Fanning and Juno Temple, opened her Instagram account in January (19) with a reference to her Batman role – she posted a video of herself in character as Catwoman from the 1992 film Batman Returns and captioned the clip: “MEOW Instagram.”
The actress has since revealed she decided to dive into social media after Fanning sent her a welcoming tweet while the pair began shooting the Maleficent sequel.
“I wanted to respond, but I couldn’t,” Pfeiffer told InStyle. “I had no format. I didn’t tweet. I didn’t have Instagram. I had nothing.”
The actress has been studying other private stars and how they interact with fans over social media.
“I’ve started paying more attention and I’ve been following other celebrities who I think are as private as I am, and even they are venturing into the Instagram world,” Michelle shared. “So I’m dipping my toe in. I’ll be very tentative in the beginning. But in a weird way, I’m kind of excited about it.
“It’s been terrifying for me, honestly. I’ve spent my entire life avoiding (it), doing as little as possible, in terms of exposure – literally the least that I could get away with as an actress.”
