Nick Cannon is facing a potential lawsuit after he reportedly failed to pay eight members of his film crew.
According to a legal letter obtained by TMZ.com, Cannon has just over a month to settle the financial dispute.
A lawyer representing eight crew members working on the movie She Ball, Cannon’s film about a women’s basketball team, alleges that they also were not given their legally required meals or rest breaks, and were not paid for overtime.
The crew members reportedly worked on the film as drivers, grips and camera operators.
Cannon and his production company have 33 days to pay up, or further legal action will be taken, editors at the outlet report.
