Paris Hilton recalls losing designer handbags in Bling Ring robberies

Paris Hilton lost 80 per cent of her designer handbags and clothes when she was targeted by the Bling Ring burglary gang.

Paris was among the celebrities who lost possessions during the Bling Ring’s reign in Calabasas, California during 2008-09, along with Rachel Bilson, Lindsay Lohan, Audrina Patridge, Orlando Bloom and ex Miranda Kerr, as well as Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green.

The socialite and businesswoman had her house broken into multiple times, and was left with very few possessions in the wake of the robberies.

“When the Bling Ring broke into my house, they knew fashion, so they basically stole almost every single one of (my Dior bags), all my Birkins, all my Chanel bags,” Paris told Elle Australia. “They took basically everything, so 80 per cent of those things are gone because those kids broke into my house seven different times. Every time they broke in, they’d take more of my pieces. So, a lot of my stuff is gone.

“(The clothes) are probably in their closets, or on eBay… who knows.”

The 37-year-old is now thinking about finally replacing her Dior Saddle bag collection, after current label head Maria Grazia Chiuri reintroduced the iconic design to the French fashion house’s autumn/winter 2018 collection.

“I need to buy more Saddle bags! They’re so hot,” she smiled.

She’s also never lost her love for Juicy Couture tracksuits.

“I’m so happy that I’ve kept all my Juicy Couture. I have an entire closet of it, literally dedicated to all my Juicy. That was my uniform back in the day – what I always chill in when I travel. I live for Juicy,” the blonde star stated.
