Peter Facinelli: ‘I am not begging Jennie Garth to take me back’

Actor Peter Facinelli is slamming reports he is trying to reunite with ex-wife Jennie Garth.
The Twilight star and Jennie, who share three daughters,ended their 11-year marriage in 2012 and divorced in 2013, and the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star is now married to actor David Abrams.
Editors at the National Enquirer recently reported that Peter is “begging” Jennie to take him back, but he insists that is not true.
“Anyone who knows me knows that this is ridiculous and false,” he tells GossipCop.com. “I am very happy for my ex-wife and Dave, who is a good man and very kind to my children. Jennie is the mother of my children and the thought of disrupting her marriage or life in any way is ludicrous.”
“The Enquirer should be ashamed of themselves for fabricating such an irresponsible article that is hurtful to my children and all parties existing,” he continues. “We have all moved on. I hope that the press can do so as well.”
The 42-year-old is single again after splitting from his fiancee, actress Jaimie Alexander, earlier this year (16). The couple hooked up in 2012 and became engaged in March, 2015.
