Samuel L. Jackson is launching his first ever online acting class.
The Avengers actor will teach students how to break down a script, embody their characters, improve their auditioning skills, and “collaborate within the industry” during the class, which will be hosted through online education start-up MasterClass.
The course, costing cost $90, will take place later this year (17). Class materials will include a downloadable workbook and 20 video lessons, while students have the opportunity to submit questions to Jackson, who plans to personally respond and give feedback, according to Variety.com.
“In my MasterClass, I hope students learn that there’s no limit to what they can make-believe,” a statement from the actor reads. “By the end, they’ll be able to walk into a room, present their best self, and be happy with the result.”
MasterClass was launched in 2015 and has featured career advice and tips from Christina Aguilera, Kevin Spacey, Dustin Hoffman, and Steve Martin.
