Steely Dan rocker Donald Fagen suing apartment managers

Steely Dan frontman Donald Fagen is suing the co-operative board members who manage his New York City apartment building.
The Reelin’ in the Years rocker, 68, and his wife, musician Libby Titus, 69 have taken legal action claiming their neighbours are mismanaging the building in Manhattan’s East 92nd Street, according to the New York Post.
Manhattan Supreme Court documents seen by editors at the publication reportedly state that Fagen and Titus want to investigate problems including “the apartment building’s general state of disrepair and the diminution of the corporations’ value.”
Fagen is not the only musician residing in the Big Apple to have legal problems with their co-operative board. Madonna is also involved in a legal dispute over the conditions of the lease to her $7.3 million (£5.7 million) New York home.
