Legendary Welsh crooner SIR TOM JONES is to perform a special one-off concert in aid of the BBC’s Children In Need appeal.
The 75-year-old singer will put on a show at The SSE Arena, Wembley in London on 8 October (15) to raise funds for the charity, which helps needy kids in the U.K.
The What’s New Pussycat hitmaker says, “It really is a great honour to be working with BBC Children In Need this year, I hope this night of entertainment will not only be a fantastic experience for those who come along, but will also go on to help disadvantaged children and young people right here in the U.K. who really do need our help. I look forward to seeing you there; it is set to be an amazing night!”
Joining Jones on stage will be a selection of special guests including fellow Welshman, comedian Rob Brydon.
The concert will be broadcast on U.K. TV during Children In Need week in November (15).
