Actor David Henrie is facing three charges after he was arrested for carrying a loaded gun through an airport.
The Wizards of Waverly Place star was detained by police officials at LAX airport in Los Angeles earlier this month (Sep18), after his pistol was discovered while he was passing a security checkpoint.
He apologised in a statement on social media following the incident, explaining he “unintentionally” brought his gun to LAX.
Henrie has now been charged with carrying a loaded firearm, carrying a concealed firearm, and possessing a weapon in a sterile area of the airport.
If convicted, the actor faces up to one year in prison, according to TMZ.
