Culture Club, the B-52S and Thompson Twins frontman Tom Bailey are teaming up for a nostalgic tour of North America this summer (18).
Boy George announced the 40-date-plus trek on Tuesday (20Mar18), revealing his band will premiere new tracks from its upcoming Tribes album during a hits set.
“I just want to release the album so it will get heard,” Boy George told Billboard. “It would be smarter for us to put the record out when I have a social presence rather than relying on a little bit of nostalgia and the goodwill of the press and sporadic radio play.”
The summer tour will begin in Florida at the end of June and run across the country before ending over three months later in Fresno, California.
