Roxanne Pallet quits Celebrity Big Brother

Roxanne Pallett has left the Celebrity Big Brother house after accusing Ryan Thomas of physically assaulting her.
The 35-year-old was at the centre of a controversy involving her and the former Coronation Street star during her time on the reality series, after she accused Ryan of “punching her like a boxer”.
Both were caught on camera laughing as the 34-year-old actor was seen playfully sparring with her as she held a pile of dirty laundry.
“Oww – woman beater that bl***y hurt. I was going to ask if you wanted your washing done but I might shrink them instead,” Roxanne exclaimed before giggling.
However, she later sobbed in the Diary Room that she had been “punched repeatedly, unprovoked and completely deliberately” by Ryan and called for him to be removed from the Channel 5 show.
“I went from being upset to being angry, because a boy has punched me repeatedly, unprovoked,” she said. “And we weren’t play fighting, there was no banter, it wasn’t a joke.”
Ryan was issued with a formal warning over the incident, and the pair later made amends with a brief handshake.
A CBB spokesperson confirmed on Saturday (01Sep18): “Roxanne has decided to leave the BB House. The remaining housemates have been informed.”
Her sudden exit from the show comes after viewers bombarded U.K. TV regulator Ofcom with complaints and called for Roxanne to be removed.
Ryan later broke down in tears over Roxanne’s allegations, and longed to be with his family and friends.
“I just don’t get it. My life’s in tatters. F***ing get me out of here now! I feel emotionally absolutely battered. It came from nowhere, absolutely nowhere,” he added.
