Starbucks bosses apologise to Kelly Osbourne

Representatives for Starbucks have issued an apology to Kelly Osbourne after she went public with her toilet trouble in one of the coffee chain’s cafes over the weekend.
On Sunday (25Jun17), Osbourne took to Twitter to rage she had been denied access to a restroom at a Starbucks on the New York’s Pride celebration route, and as a result she wet herself.
“SHAME on U @Starbucks #Pi**edMyOwnPants in this location because UR shameful employees refused to let me use the (toilet),” Osbourne ranted. “I have p**s in my shoe.”
Bosses at the coffee company released a statement on Monday (26Jun17), noting they were looking into the star’s claims, while pointing out the location at the centre of the drama does not have a public restroom.
“We are currently working to follow up with Ms. Osbourne to clarify any confusion,” the statement reads. “There simply is no restroom in this store, and inquiring customers are typically directed to a store a few blocks away. We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding and hope to welcome Ms. Osbourne back for a beverage on us very soon!”
