Stephanie Meyer plans to produce a movie adaptation of the story set in a haunted boarding school.
Duncan is not new to film adaptations of her written work – her books have inspired the films Hotel For Dogs and the I Know What You Did Last Summer franchise.
Meyer is the producer of both The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn movies and she’ll also produce the movie adaptation of her science fiction novel The Host.
