Childless Steve-O heading to Puerto Rico for vasectomy

Jackass jester Steve-O is heading to Puerto Rico to get snipped.
The stuntman is hoping to help the hurricane relief effort and while he’s there, his pet dog, Wendy, will be spayed to promote a sterilisation clinic – and he’s showing his support by having a vasectomy.
The TV and movie star, who has no kids, tells TMZ he just wants his girlfriend to be able to “hump and dump” without the risk of getting pregnant.
“I won’t want any part of anything that comes out of my weiner,” Steve-O explains, revealing he plans to film his vasectomy and take part in a number of stunt challenges immediately afterwards – against doctors’ orders.
He tells the news outlet, “When I was a kid I heard a joke: ‘What’s the definition of macho? It’s a man who jogs home from his own vasectomy’. I’m gonna do a whole lot more than that, bro!”
Steve-O’s Jackass sidekick Chris Pontius is joining the stuntman for the trip to Puerto Rico, revealing he has signed up to be a nurse and will help oversee his pal’s vasectomy. The star’s fiancee, Lux Wright, is also taking the trip and tells TMZ she’s “very excited” about her man’s snip surgery, stating, “I’m throwing a party.”
The news comes as Steve-O celebrates 10 years of sobriety.
The 43-year-old, real name Stephen Glover, took to Twitter on Saturday (10Mar18) to mark the milestone, and thanked his friends – including fellow prankster Johnny Knoxville – for helping him get back on track after a suicide scare in 2008.
“Hard to believe it’s been an entire decade since I’ve had a drink or a drug. I just can’t put into words how grateful I am for @realjknoxville and the rest of the guys who locked me up in a psychiatric ward on March 9, 2008, where this journey began,” he captioned a shot of himself appearing intoxicated.
